We have established an upbeat, modern salon where we could not feel more blessed to get to do this for a living. At the same time we are bringing out your beauty, we are helping keep the earth beautiful too. Through our partnership with Green Circle Salons, we recycle our salon's waste products, including the hair we cut, papers, foils and even unused hair color.
TALMADGE Owner | Master Stylist | Master Colorist
Passionate about designing the perfect hairstyle for each client, Talmadge specializes in women's and men’s cuts, foils, balayage, grey blending and coverage. He also shows clients how to recreate their style at home. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Talmadge relocated to Whidbey Island to open Salon Bella. His background includes extensive training—Vidal Sassoon, Toni And Guy, KMS California, Aveda, Redken, Goldwell, Davines and more. When he's not working in the salon, he is riding his bike or swimming in the puget sound.

With over 20 years in the industry, Chelsie uses every day as an opportunity to do better - not only professionally, but personally too. “I want everyone who comes in contact with me to leave with newfound power and beauty from the inside out. As a creator, my mediums include hair services, makeup recommendations, and now that I am a cabi stylist I can also help you with your closet. Let’s get your attitude back on track, so you can be your best for the world too.” xox
TIERRA Stylist | Foil Maven
During 20 years in the industry, Tierra has been fortunate to train with Paul Mitchell, KMS, Goldwell, Aveda and Wella. She specializes in modern foils and color, women’s and men's cuts. She is passionate about making every guest feel beautiful inside and out! Tierra is also a Whidbey native and an active Mom to her two sons Wilson and Hudson. She loves spending time with her husband, boys and golden retriever Sawyer, and enjoys hiking and traveling.
